Usher/Ticket Takers/Elevator Attendant
Responsibilities: The Usher/Ticket Taker will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service primarily at Agganis Arena and also Case Center events as needed. Responsibilities include scanning tickets at entry points, directing guests to their seats, and handling guest service issues including, but not limited to, incidents occurring in the Arena bowl and concourse, general Arena and event issues, alcohol awareness, lost children, and guests with special needs. The Elevator Attendant will directly interact with Premium Seat ticket holders with responsibilities including greeting and directing guests at entry to the building in the Agganis Arena parking garage, determining proper point of entry for guests, directing guests to the Francis D. Burke Club Room and to their seats, enforcing and assisting with building alcohol policy, and assisting guests with special needs.

MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS
Game Day Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities: Game Day Marketing Assistant is a part-time, game-based position with most shifts occurring evenings and weekends. Rally Crew members will be responsible for assisting with on-ice promotions and any promotional giveaways at all home BU Men’s Ice Hockey games. This position also includes assisting with implementation of the on-campus marketing plan for Men’s Ice Hockey, including street team duties and promotional events, and any promotional staff needs at private events held at Agganis Arena.

Graphic Design & Marketing Intern
Responsibilities: The Graphic Design & Marketing Intern must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have design experience with a wide range of projects, both print and electronic. The candidate must have the ability to collaborate and take direction on creative projects and must possess strong organizational skills with an attention to design and commitment to meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, asks questions, and seeks input when needed.

OPERATIONS & CUSTODIAL
Conversion and Cleaning Crew
Responsibilities: Perform various physical tasks to changeover Agganis Arena; including set-up and disassembly of ice covering; benches/risers, stage equipment; fixed and moveable seating; locker or dressing rooms; lobby and outside entrance areas; concourse; suites and function rooms; and other event-related equipment. Clean and maintain operations department equipment; keeping work areas and equipment organized, clean and functional for each use. Assist with sweeping floors and emptying trash during events and cleaning arena seating, suites and event floor following an event. Follows all safety standards, precautions and protocols as well as emergency procedures set forth by the department and facility; report safety issues or equipment damage to supervisor or manager during shift. Work with other students, supervisors, management and BU Facilities and Grounds in a team environment to accomplish multiple tasks. Other duties as directed by manager or supervisor.
Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, overnights, weekends, holidays as needed; Shift times vary based on events, other arena activities and employee availability.
Hourly wage is $20/hr. This position is available to all BU students and can be used toward Work Study awards.

SAO Post-Event Cleaning Crew
Responsibilities: The Post-Event Cleaning Crew members will be responsible for cleaning the Arena seating sections following an event. This includes picking up trash, sweeping and mopping every row, and wiping down all the seats. Qualified student organizations only. Group faculty and staff advisors must schedule trainings with the Assistant Operations & Events Coordinator.

Sports Videographers/Camera Operators
Responsibilities: Agganis Arena is looking for Student Videographers/Camera Crew to join our Game Day Multimedia team covering Division 1 NCAA Hockey & Basketball as well as internal BU events. These events occur several times a month and are typically on Friday & Saturday evenings. With direction from our professional management staff, our videographers/camera crew will record and broadcast live action video of Terrier Athletics sporting events from start to finish. The broadcast will include replays, audio, switching, editing, and live streaming from our newly redesigned control room.

Agganis Arena Ice Crew
Responsibilities: The Agganis Arena Ice Crew must be a strong skater who is energetic and outgoing. You will be responsible for ice and rink maintenance before, during and after BU Hockey Games. This includes skating on the ice in a limited time frame to remove excess snow build-up during timeouts at all BU Terrier home games.
Must be a BU Student with a strong skating ability on hockey skates (figure skates will not be allowed), comfortable in front of large crowds, ability to work Friday & Saturday games, and have a strong knowledge of hockey.

TICKET OFFICE
Ticket Seller
Responsibilities: The Ticket Seller will be responsible for selling tickets for events at Agganis Arena and the Case Center, and will handle guest service issues on a daily basis. Will answer Box Office phones, accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card payments and be responsible for reconciliation of dollars. Will handle general office duties including, but not limited to, filing, faxing, making phone calls, answering the season ticket phone line, sorting of tickets, handling mailings, and other duties as assigned by Arena Management. The position will also be responsible for selling programs, scorecards, and other merchandise at Agganis Arena and the Case Center events as needed. This position requires heavy interaction with the public and creative problem solving.
